Defective products may be returned for your choice of a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Unopened products may be returned for your choice of a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Opened products that are still in completely new condition may be returned for your choice of a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
All returns must be received by us within 45 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label that you can drop off at the post office or UPS. Just give us a call or send an email and we will mail or email a shipping label for you.
If your product is defective or you were sent the wrong product we will pay the shipping return cost. If you are returning for any other reason the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Should you choose to send your package back to us via another method we suggest insuring the package. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the product for return.
